No Heat....

Any suggestions on where to look if my RX-8 has absolutely no heat? When the **** is turned to the hot side it just spews cold air. I know there is a TSB but my dealer fails to acknowledge it because it is an "American TSB and not Canadian"

However the TSB does not seem to describe my issue as I have absolutely no heat.

Is your car under warranty? They should still fix it if the heater isn't working with or without the TSB. Go to another dealer.

Check your coolant level in both your radiator and overflow tank. Without it your car may shut down your heater unit to reduce heat under the hood. Might seem a little counter-intuitive, but it's happened to me.

The only way to fix this is to replace the HVAC.

Replacing the **** will NOT work.

It happened to me once, replaced, everything works.
