newbie - replaced rx8 motor - vibration?

I have a 2004 rx8 and replaced the motor (mazmart rebuilt) and the motor runs fine in park and neutral but vibrates in drive and reverse. The vibration goes away as you accelerate past 2000 rpm's. thoughts?

I dropped off the car at my local mazda shop this morning but I've had it there before and the vibration was not fixed. They replaced a fuel injector seal to turn off the check engine light.

thanks is advance for any information that you share.

no the e-shaft profile was not reset. I called the mazda dealer and was told that they would reset the e-shaft profile. The dealer must of figured that they could have me come back multiple times to gouge me again ($104 per hour)...

I explained in detail last time that the motor was replaced.

thank you for the post!

The vibration is fixed. Replaced the passenger side motor mount and reset the e-shaft profile and the vibration is gone.

thanks again Charles!
