New suspension...WAY too low
2 weeks ago, I had Koni Yellow shocks, Tein S-Tech springs and Progress Tech sways installed on my 2004 GT. All these items were brand new and purchased just weeks before installation. I had them installed by a shop and in the process they also replaced all my endlinks and checked my bushings. The bushings look fairly new as if they were replaced before I bought the car. Immediately after installation, we noticed the car is sitting extremely lower than it should be. We measured the distance between the front lip and the ground and found that I only have 3 inches before the springs settled. That was already too low since it was tucking the front tire already. Now that the springs have settle in the front, the front end is extremely too low and the front tires are tucked in the fender well so much that any little bump and the front tires scrape the fender and the front end hits the ground.
What could be the issue? I know some other 8's that have the exact same suspension as I...shocks, springs and sways all identical and their ride height is no where near this low. I need to get this thing off the ground but do not know where to start

There was a rash of counterfeit S-techs. Did you get them from a reputable dealer?
Did the shop put the springs on right? ie. front on front, back on back?
Did the springs break?
Sounds a little too low for s-techs and Koni's

The shocks have more to do with the car running low than the springs do. Ask me how I know. I know everyone loves Koni but people have had new Koni's that are blown. But they have a great warranty.

Well...I can finally say I have confirmation of the issue and will have it fixed tonight or tomorrow night. I called Tein and while speaking to a rep about my issue, he had me read him the part number off the springs in the front. After reading it to him and him laughing a little, he informed me that the springs that are currently installed in the front...are indeed the rear springs...so the front springs are currently mounted in the rear. I didn't install them myself but I wouldn't have thought that the R at the beginning of the part number meant rear...but I will be the one swapping them tonight. Glad its an easy fix at least.
