New rotors and pads installed but dragging
Thanks for coming to help in advance.
I have just replaced my rear rotors and pads and wanna ask before moving on to the front ones. I test drove it, it came with some drag(when jacked up, I can move the wheels in neutral but stilled with dragging) which I do not know it is normal or not for new pads and rotors. I have not do anything else yet, just replaced them and lube caliper pin and pads shims with Permatex 24115 Ultra Disk Brake Caliper Lube Hi-Temp Silicone Formula. When test driving my 8 around apt, I can hear the dragging sound and can smell from the rear brake, the new pads left a track on the new installed rotors so I can eliminate the possibility caused by parking break? Are all new installed pads and rotors dragging before certain miles being putting on or I did anything wrong here?
Thanks a lot. Appreciate any inputs
Should I suspect the product I used to lube the caliper pin? Manual marked lube with rubber grease I used this Silicone based brake lube which I wonder if it is too thick to lube caliper pin?

Yes, I did. I pressed when I turn the pistons when install the new pads, caliper pistons can easily slide onto the back of pads though. Yesterday, I double checked it and turned it again. Thanks for reply.

Yes, I used the same box in this video. Not tools later just the one drove by 3/8 drive wrench.
You rotated them in like this? (Only the first minute of video, ignore rest)

anytime i install new brake pads i remove the paint from the "ears" of the pads with a wire wheel or whiz wheel and make sure they move freely in the bracket
