new radiator. Won't start

I replaced my radiator yesterday and now my car won't start. The radiator fan also comes on when I try to crank the engine. Any suggestions what the problem might be?

Have you triple checked everything is connected properly? All wires and grounds are back where they need to be? Did you unplug the battery prior to any work?

I have checked all my connections. Everything looks correct. Yes I removed the battery before I started working on it
