New (to me) noise(s) and behavior-Thoughts?

Some recent history:
After having the recall completed (although there was a small issue with that as well: https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ighlight=flash), I had a Mazdatrix SS Clutch line installed (best 20 bucks spent yet), the tranny fluid changed again using Redline MT90 (Just changed 10K earlier to MT90 as well) and changed the rear to Royal Purple 75-90. The car runs well, but I have noticed something odd of late. The normal noise of faint knocking under acceleration between 1-4K has become louder. I can hear it in gears 1-5 - louder when in lower gears though. I have to put the radio to 5-8 volume level to drown it out. I can get it to make this sound in neutral, but it is a little trickier/fainter. (I mentioned this becasue it almost sounds like gear chatter at first) In fact, the whole intake sounds louder lately... This also corrolates to an increased vibration at idle. I have 21k on the car right now. I am thinking my the plugs are crapping out on me... Any thoughts? I'll be taking it in next week.

(Another thing to note, when revved to 9k with car in gear, but clutch depressed, as the revs fall, I get a growling resonance you can hear/feel at 7.5k and about 4-6K. However, take the car out of gear and do this-no reverb or anything. Just a strange observation I made.)

I got one for my miata and it made..if you could quantify "feel"... about a 20 percent improvement difference. On my 8, I expected the same minimal improvement, but I say it made a 50-60 percent improvement! I was VERY happy with the difference. I think for the price, this should be a first mod to accompany syth trans/diff fluid. A much better/"cleaner" shift feel for sure.
