CA New Clutch-smooth pedal soft pedal super stiff pedal,HELP!

Let me apologize.
when first submitting this thread,it was from my iphone which has a great deal of lag on this site.
so please see the revisions.
thank you.

Hay everyone
The rx8 I bought came with a bad clutch,Mazda also gave me the spec sheet and history, they said the clutch was going and the rear rotors are warped.
with this in mind and the other repairs* I decided to buy the car.

*pedal, engine, slave and master replaced by Mazda-end links and ud pulleys as well as a custom exhaust.

So I had a new Excedy stage one clutch installed
Felt great for a while, but the engagement points would change,no pattern, this had been happening on the burned out clutch as well.
the old clutch had also been extended all the way out at the pedal and, the clutch slip was pretty bad.
the pedal felt good though over all,not to soft or firm.
the brakes also acted as if abs was engaging all the time, how do I explain, that choppy feeling(?)

Now the clutch pedal is very, very firm, to the point that it feels like it my break.
Also with first and second, holding in the pedal just at the freeplay end, is where it feels right,if I let the pedal out all the way,it feels like its overly disengaged,The car will slow down.(this is only happening in first and second)
When I bleed the slave the clutch will feel good for awhile but I haven't been able to get both the clutch and the brakes to feel right at the same time,Its one or the other.
I've been able to smooth out the clutch pedal and set the engagement or, smooth out the brakes but the clutch pedal becomes firm and gritty feeling.

Here is what has been done.

New slave and master last year from mazda
New clutch last month
Broken pedal welded 3 months ago
Adjustment plunger checked rechecked and still checking set to stock Mazda specs
Bleeding started early this week master and slave

Ok results
Clutch is great with the exception of over engagement(first and second only)
During bleeding, cloudy fluid and small air bubbles have appeared then stopped, pedal and engagement were better.
The problem with first and second is still present.

I took my 8 back to the shop that installed the clutch, after many attempts at bleeding the slave and master.

The shop really didn't do anything, In fact I was the one under the lift while their employee enjoyed my interior.
so after leaving the shop dissatisfied,I picked up a friend and we proceeded to bleed the entire system.

It is appearing there are two different fluids running in the lines, one dirty looking yellow and a dark pinkish almost rust looking.
The fluid separate when held in a jar together, with the darker pinkish fluid hovering on top.

I've finished bleeding and now have a nice uniform light yellow dot-3 running in the lines, flowing from all brake calipers, slave and master.
The brakes are working very well with minor choppy felling to them, pads are good and rotors seam good as well.
the clutch throw and engagement are right on,I can drop in any gear and it grabs, this has not been a problem though.
The problem with first and second are still present and the clutch pedal is grainy and very firm.

I don't know what I can do next short of replacing parts at this point.
the problem with first and second could be a resurfaced fly wheel(?)
also the use of two fluids could have plugged or damaged one of the cylinders(?)

I really don't know,these are my guesses.

I have, I know part of the problem now.
If the pedal postion switch is depressed 1-2 feel like youre ridding the clutch once the switch is released the car jumps forward.
Problem is if its not depressed 4-6 feel like the pedal is being ridden, so I cant get them to work at the same time.
Im stumped and becoming flustered.
The feel of the pedal keeps going soft firm pretty much sruck at firm now until I change gears while driving fast.

I think Im just going to buy a slave pedal and pedal reinforcement bracket
Id like to figure out whats wrong but nobodys posting and the search isnt showing much on fixing othet than replacing. Egh(shrugs)
