You get a code? P0402 or something like that? Not the computer relearning FT in my experience but a coil issue. Car is in OL at those RPM anyway.

I should also mention that you should remember to disable (completely) the DSC when dynoing.

3 drive cycles is more than enough to relearn ft.

As for cleaning the maf, if you know what you are doing, you should be fine, but if you did screw something up, I dont think it would throw a misfire code.

As for plugs, I dont see the having incorrect heats being part of a misfire issue. But you should use (or at least read up on) the standard heats for NA and one step colder on leading and trailing for turbo.

I don't suppose you have a Cobb AP or other data logging tool?
Check the MAF rubber O-ring
Check that the screws are tightening down (not stripped)

Well, the coils will help
And you should get good AFR data from the dyno
Things will be clearer

If you had a leak in the intake you would be able to hear it, or maybe not with the K&N intake. I wonder if its your coils? I didn't see you say you replaced them with the wires and plugs? That should throw a misfire cel though.

maybe you should worry about the plugs they gave you in replacment of them? maybe the ones you took out were the correct plugs...
