my dear lord

following up on my last post, i flooded the engine for the second time and found oil in the intake.... so i took apart the intake and throttle body just to clean all the oil out.. i also closed the gaps a little on the spark plugs to try to get a better spark... so i put everything back together and cranked it a couple times and it finally started up... a cloud of white smoke came of everything whcih is normal i guess when it gets flooded because it just burns all the build up so thats fine... but the engine sounded like a lawn mower (best analogy i have).... and a buddy of mine looked underneath the car and my exaust was bright red and burning up... so i immediately shut the car off because this was obviously not right...

i have never seen this before in my life nor do i have any suggestions as to what could be causing this... anyone have any ideas?

What causes the oil in the intake - I'm assuming its in the throttle body and concertina / air filter box area....?

if u overfill oil, or if u were driving too aggressively, look carefully there is a breather line that goes from your oil filling top to the air filter area. one solution is don't overfill, another is get an oil catch can. ur cat is fked...

Note if it happens again -- disconnect the air injection pump to reduce exhaust temps while the excess fuel/oil is burned off.
