But a Midpipe should be something like P0402 correct?...a consistent CEL, not a flashing one? An emissions code, which doesn't cause a flashing CEL at high RPM's. I get the P0302 fairly consistently. Which from what I can tell, a misfire is a flashing CEL.

Because I'm still getting the Blinking CEL after installing my mid pipe. I don't ever feel a loss in power, just the ******* light.
Lol
I replaced the passenger motor mount. Some of the rubber was melted/very soft and a bit looked ripped. Equal chance it was broken before or that I damaged it in my install. Either way, it got replaced.

Best I can guess, my problem was the cat in stock midpipe. Couldn't see anything wrong looking into the brick, but there are a couple of dents on the pipe that could mean it was internally damaged.

For whatever reason two of my coils, the one's powering the second rotor, were shot...after 17k miles.
But, I replaced them, and problem solved.
For now.

Sorry, nothing more to report on my side. Haven't seen the problem since I replaced my midpipe.

I believe it was P0306-LEAN BANK 2" or something. Ok I doubt it's the sensor because of unrelated codes and normal gas mileage which leads me to believe fuel pump is the culprit. Especially with 121k miles

Check you ESS....if it picks up a piece of crap it can do that ...it is a magnet and metallic stuff sticks nicely ( the missfire...not the lean code )

More and more recently my car has been having misfires when i get to the higher rpms (7k-9k). When i floor it, sometimes it feels like its being held back and then BAm it takes off and then out of nowhere it starts to hold back again. Other times it runs fine. I have an 05' with 71k mi. My coils and plugs are good. I replaced them both recently. I have no catalytic. Ive checked the CEL and ive been getting the code for the SSV valve gettiing low voltage output (i forgot the exact code at this time). Im planning on cleaning this soon. Could this be the problem? Ive also been considering the fuel pump may be the culprit based on the research ive done.

Yeah it's not the ess so the only other thing could be the fuel pump. Anything over 100mph in fifth starts misfiring.

If the AFR is too rich it will misfire, the problem is you can't really tell when that point is with the factory O2 sensor since it flat lines in the low 11 range

Just swapping out parts like a fuel pump without doing the proper diagnosis is foolish and guaranteed to waste money ....

^^ on the careful driving. of course driving that fast should always be in a controlled environment ie. Track. Team, I hear you man, you think I would have learned by now. @121k an upgraded fuel pump is a good upgrade anyway. No codes on the sensor, new plugs, wires, and bhr ignition installed and AP on the way so hopefully I'll get to the bottom of this.

You may want to double check the ignition system just to be sure, occasionally a new coil fails for no apparent reason regardless if it is OE or aftermarket
