low compression...seriously?

I have 04 AT that exhibits the symptoms of low compresssion, primarily trouble starting while warm. Took it to the dealership and told them I had starting problems. They replaced the plugs, wires and two of the coils. It ran great for 10 miles and then appeared to be running on just one rotor. Took it back two days later (I also had them order a CAT as my aftermarket was a piece of crap) to put the CAT on and said the problem persisted, please check the starter. Well, they said one of the unreplaced coils failed so they replaced them both. With new CAT and all new coils, I drove away. Ran great for 10 minutes and then went to 1 rotor again! They said they did a compression test and both rotors were borderline low. It seems all they know how to do is a tune up. My 8 has 113K and just started exhibiting this problem. Do I need to look for a rotary rebuilder or is there something else I need to look at as the source of the problem? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

sounds like you have low compression and need a rebuild

can you post the test numbers?

where are you located?
sounds like you might need a rebuild and you're out of the 8 year / 100,000 mile warranty

They didn't give me any numbers, just said both rotors were near the bottom of the scale.

I'm in Spartanburg, SC. Yep, missed the warranty by a few.

I'll call and see if I can get them. They didn't really "charge" me for the compression test, so I just got the synopsis listed on the invoice.
