Alright, pretty new to POSTING but have been following for awhile.....
04 rx8 with 130k miles. AT tranny
k&n intake

for the last couple months its been taking forever to start, it will turn and turn and turn.....then sometimes it will fire right up, also makes a gurgling noise anytime i accelerate hard, untill 4th gear on the highway, it will just cruise. Also power steering is gone.

THINGS I HAVE FOUND TO LOOK AT.....
-"burping" colling system-----doing this tomorrow.
-Clearing out the Cat. Not sure on how this will help. or if its worth doing
-replacing coils.
-Cleaning harness for power steering, did that and got no fix. Was wondering if replacing the entire harness would solve problem.

I am the biggest ANTI-DEALERSHIP person ever, they get paid too much money for semi handy people like ourselves can fix.
