Locked out of my car.

Locked out of my car.
I disconnected my battery, closed the hood, and locked my doors because I was going to be gone for a few weeks. Little did I know that I cannot open the doors anymore. Can anyone offer advice on how to open my car?
Thanks

Does your key open your trunk? If you have problems opening your driver's side car door manually with they key, I think you should look into this: Driver Door Will Not Open!!!!!

There is no electricity, battery is disconnected, and doors are locked. I can't get into the car, I put the key into the key hole and rotate it the door does not unlock. And yes I can open the trunk

The door handle lock cylinder is a physical connection to the lock. If it does not actually unlock the door then this physical connection is somehow damaged or unhooked.
Or you are rotating the key the wrong direction.
With the battery unplugged, the actuator can't possibly be re-locking or, or preventing you from unlocking.

Well when the battery was connected, I would stick the key in the door and turn it, and the doors would unlock. Now with the battery disconnected, it won't unlock. I thought it was a physical hook type of connection, never did I think it was electric.

There IS a physical connection.
There is an electrical actuator on the lock as well to pop the locks open or closed under specific circumstances, but with the battery disconnected that actuator won't be working at all to lock or unlock.
But there is still a cable that runs to a metal bar with a hook on the lever that is the physical part that prevents the door from opening.

And I just validated that you don't need electrical power to lock/unlock with the key.
My battery is sitting 3 feet in front of the car, not hooked up for ~4 days, and rotating the key clockwise locks it, counter clockwise unlocks it.
