Light Smoke from tailpipe when AC is on

im having an issue and I hope its not what I think it is. I have a 04 rx8 GT with about 99 close to 100k miles on the original motor (I know right). so basically its hot in GA temps have been to 92 degrees and I have been blasting the AC, I noticed that when I start the car, and turn the AC on I have some light white smoke coming from the exhaust. to make matters worse, today after doing an oil change, I notice 2 small doplets of "milky" "creamy" stuff in my oil catcher from when I drained the oil from my car. does anyone have any ideas, im guessing its a coolant seal failure ... any thoughts?????????

blue smoke would be oil control ring if excessive.
are you losing coolant?
have you been taking short trips?
are you running catless?

I am not losing coolant and I don't think I take short trips 25-30 mins to get to work, I stop by a starbucks , but that's about it. and yes I am currently running straightpipie (trying to get rid of it after 2 days lol)
