Hi,
I have a 2005 model and have recently purchased LED brake lights,
They seem to work fine and are nice and bright, however every time I apply the brakes the radio dims as if the parkers have been switched on! its only the radio display and the light around the volume **** not the actual dash and gauges. If I take one or the other out I doesnt happen even if I replace one with an incandecent bulb I dont have this problem only when the two LEDs are in at the same time! ....

Any remedy for this or recommendations to a decent set of LEDs that work without disrupting electronics?

do you also have LED's in any of the other rear lights?

just a follow up if anyone cares or has the same prob in future.. was a result of the crap led's they sent me.. bought better ones n prob solved!

Make sure the polarity of your LED's are correct. I had one or two get reversed which caused the same issue.
