Hi all,

Awesome site! I see a ton of great info and it is really cool how the old hands help out the newbies with their new rotary toys! I love my Shinka and get a kick out of it every time I drive it. It handles like a go-cart and runs like a bat out of hell.

I have a general question... I see a lot of issues on the site and it appears that a lot of them are on the 04 models. What I would like to see are the issues with the 05 and 06 if anyone has any or knows of any. I have 9400 miles on mine and I bought it off the showroom floor. Mine has been extremely reliable and hasn't had any failures other than the battery which I see is a recurring problem. Can anyone shed any light on the 05 after 10k miles and anything else they have noticed or heard about. I would like to know all I can so I can pay better attention to the car and catch problems early. Thansk!! Awesome site folks!

 

well I have a 05 and the only thing I found after all this time I owned it was .. two days ago I saw H2O in my right tail light. ha ha.. I am heading to the dealer tomarow... apart from that.. nothing yet.. I have 32,000 miles ...yes 32m please don't ask how I racked up all that on mine. I my self can't answer it.
