idling lean, Bogging at dle

Ok to start it off ive been noticing my car low on power up until 6.5K rpm seems like its sluggish in lower rpms..

HAving installed the BHR coils the car immediately ran very lean idling around 14.9-15.7 AFR'sEven sometimes as high as 16's

i removed the bhr ignition coils and the car ran a little better less noticeable.. but the power loss was still there. its idling at 14.9-15.3 afr's wit stock ingnition.
thinking it was maybe MM tune i switched back to stock tune and was still the same minor improvement.. I thenflashed to MM base map and the car ran muuuch better but still bogs at idle making my oil pressre gauge beep.. rpms go from 850-723 rpms around that area.. some white smoke also tends to come out of the exhaust pipe.. Im wondering if this sould be a bad motor seal??? or maybe my fuel pump starting to go bad??????

AFr's are around 14.5-15 all the way until 5.5-6K rpms then they drop to like 13 at 6.5K rpm then 11.2-11.9 to redline..
just trying to see what you guys opinion on this could be.
