+1 on fuses.
Start with the basics. Get the Acc position working again first (display, basic accessory power) before you try to start it. That way you know that the electronics are powered up. If you're luck the fuses will have protected eveything.

Check, mate.....

Check every fuse in the box, if the ECU has no power you ain't moving.

Don't forget the fusebox in the drivers side footwell.

Your lucky the battery didn't blow up in your face. Still amazes me how someone can do this.
Check all the fuses as was already said . Hopefuly you haven't burned up any of the wire harness. Take a good look at it around the fuse panel.

nevermind guys. i finally fixed it. i took apart the fuse box and found 1 more fuse on the side and it was 120 amps. that thing was popped and smelled really awful. i guess it just way overloaded. so if any of u have similar problems i hope this will help.

If that statement is any indication of his mental status ( ), I think we all know why things happened the way they did.

...Im glad it is, now what's your "take-away" from this incident? what are the steps that you should've taken to avoid the situation? And what actions are you gonna take, in order to prevent this from happening again? LOL!
