I experience a strange issue yesterday and this morning. I went to start my car turned the key to accessory before starting my 1 out of the 3 of my gauges backlights was off i thought strange i tried to crank the car absolutely nothing no noise and the needles jumped around some flashing lights on the dashboard and dimming of the gauges. Now all of my accessories seem to work but the lights and the radio seem to kinda reset when i act as if im trying to crank the car. I thought odd this a brand new optima battery. So i checked some fuses in the cabin none blown, checked the connection on the battery which is in my trunk and its fine. I un did the battery terminals took of the ground strap on my positive terminal placed it back on. I went under the hood pulled the ignition relay or fuse not sure what it is and the accessory and reseated them. The car cranked over fine......this morning i had to do the same thing.....Im guessing something is shorting a circuit but i have no clue what it is and when i pull things and reseat them it acts as a reset? I did notice under the hood after the car turned over the fans came on for like a minute stopped i heard a click then they came on again they did this a couple times.....odd. Any ANY ideas before i start ripping (gently lol) into things.
