Upon start up theres a pump(I think) its located on the passenger side of the engine. It buzzes for a min or two and shuts off. This buzzing noise is now turning into a squealing noise, Like its gonna seize up. Just started this morning.

 

Air pump for the catalyst.

Expensive, see Mazmart for a good used one.

 

Let it drink some oil will work or not?

 

I would take it to bits and lube it up, but if you don't know what it is, or what it does, you prolly should just replace.
