HELP with clear side markers!!!!

HELP with clear side markers!!!!
I just got done intalling my clear side markers and the lights in the clear markers arent working, I took them apart and redid everything 3 times....still nothing!! 
Anyone have a solution or anything?? Please help! Oh yeah, the clear side markers and the fender strakes are pretty **** together!
