Help anyone???

ok so my bros rx8 is stuck at a parking lot it doesnt wana shift from parking it turns on n everything works but cant shift it out of park..
weve tried locking unlocking it steppin on brake and e brake to shift out of it but nada...

any help would be appreciated thanks especially asap to get it ot of parking lot thanks again

Does anyone know how to switch off the shift
Lock on the rx8 is it possible?

Don't do AUTO myself, but just to be clear: can't shift out of park mechanically (it won't budge) or can't shift otherwise (shifter moves but tranny remains in Park)?
