Help!!! Again enthusiasm has scuppersdme!!!

So... I appear to have blown my diff this morning, with an emergency start.... Er hum!! In gear the drive shaft is turning but a mighty uncomfortable grinding from the rear. Which models of diff are compatible. I have a 2005 6 speed 231 manual. And I feel hurt she didn't like my tough love. Please help anyone. Also is there anything specific I should look at when changing it, new seals etc.

Thanks in advance.
I've looked for a DIY but couldn't track one down....

The stock ones can take any power the stock engine can throw at it. If you are really putting down lots of power though, you might try these: Black Halo Racing Axle Set | Black Halo Racing
