Question headlights problem

about a week ago i was driving behind my mom on the highway. i was driving my rx8 and she was in her 2000 porche boxter. the pulled to the side and asked me what i wanted? i wasn't sure what she ment. she said that it looked like they i was trying to flash my lights. it turns out that one of my lights is brighter than the other. we took it back to the dealership, and after a couple days they said everything was fine. my mom was convinced that there was still an issue. so she told them to take it out at night and they saw the problem. they had to keep it over the weekend. which disabled me from going to the dallas meet up. the dealership is bringing up a expert to fix teh problem.

has anyone else had this problem

Never heard of it. Maybe the self leveling mechanism is messed up on one of the lights.

Were you on a bumpy road, or even a concrete road with expansion joints??? The only reason I ask this is that I have noticed with the 8 and other cars with Xenons, when they go over bumps and are on uneven pavement, the way the light moves, it appears that the lights are flashing, when in actuality it is a function of the road.
