Guys I need help!! Transmission issues!!

While coasting the input shaft and flywheel are spinning at the same rate, so a bearing failure wouldn't be as noticeable.

Pulled the transmission off n the bearing looks good either way a mechanic is gonna come look at it n still insists that I broke the fork that engauges reverse.

Mine had the same issues. Then I unbolted the tranny from its mounts, lifted it with a jack, rebolted it, no more transmission not going into reverse and no more release bearing squeak. But! My release bearing still needs to be replaced. Also, not using the proper transmission fluid will do it to you. I once used a good brand but with no Limited Slip additive, which I was assured that it would work, but it didn't. Had to do it all over again.
