Grind when setting off

Grind when setting off
Hey all,
I have a 05 Shinka MT with about 90k miles. For a while now, when I set off in 1st gear, after everything is warmed up I get a bit of a grind, almost like a gear grind, for the first couple yards after i set off, but once the RPM gets up to 2500 to 3000 and it goes away and doesn't come back until I come to a stop again. It doesn't happen at all when the car is cold, it needs to be completely heated up for it to happen. Does anyone have any places to start looking? I'm completely at a loss.

Mine does the opposite, initial shift the gear grinds; after a few yards and engine warms, the transmission shifts good and the clutch becomes stiffer.
Two questions:
-is your clutch bracket broken(excessive play from side-to-side)?
-have you tried replacing the transmission fluid?
You can try a search for the DIYs and read other threads related to this issue.

My bracket broke almost a year ago, but I had it fixed under the warranty right away.
I haven't changed the fluid but it was on my list, I've only owned it for about 20k miles.
I'm familiar with grinding when engaging a gear, but this happens when the gear is already selected so I'm not convinced that it is actually the transmission.
