i was at walmart last nite and started my car and died all of a sudden. before i got to walmart i heard a humming noise but didnt think much of it. when i put the key on the "on" position i dont hear the fuel pump pressurizing.

whats going on is it the relay?? i checked the fuse and its fine? can someone help?
