So for a brief history... A couple weeks ago I decided I would finally look at my front brakes and determine why my brake pedal would have a slight flutter every once in awhile. Upon tearing both sides apart I noticed that my drivers side rotor was smaller in diameter then my passengers side! So I purchased a new rotor (the correct diameter) for my drivers side and had my passengers side rotor turned, and put on new pads. A couple days later driving and I had to brake somewhat hard, nothing extreme but harder then I normally would coming up to a light. When braking I hear a loud pop and my car pulls to the left hard! This freaks me out so I luckily got to my destination a couple minutes later and immediatley inspect my brakes thinking something had to have snapped, nothing looks wrong! shake everything down, made sure all the bolts were tight but nothing! So I drive home and nothing seems wrong, doesn't pull or anything. Over the past week I've started to hear a popping noise from my front end when I'm braking, once I heard it when backing out of my driveway and turning. Also, my car when braking harder then normal has a slight pull to the left. I've checked all my brake components, checked all front end suspension, made sure all bolts/ nuts are tight and I can't find anything wrong!

SUMMARY!! 2007 Rx8 GT stock front end 43000 miles == new rotor on drivers side front/ turned rotor on passengers side front. Put new pads on front. then had summer tires put back on. couple days later brake harder then normal, hear loud pop and car pulls hard left. Inspect all braking components = all good. Now occasionally hear popping/klunking from front end when applying brakes/ car shifting weight, also when braking harder then normal has slight pull to the left. Checked all nuts/ bolts and front end suspension/steering/brake components and all looks good.

I've been reading posts for the past week and theirs nothing quite like my situation. I am leaning towards something wrong with my sway bar? end links? but it all checks out to me.

Thoughts? Recommendations?

Update: went through a round about on my way to work this morning, making a left hand turn at about 30 mph and goes pop pop pop... Pop like it was having trouble flexing on my drivers side
