Had this rattle pretty much ever since I did the midpipe, but I put it on the lift at work and hit everything I could and could not recreate it. Any ideas? Thanks.

 

Something within the midpipe is loose? (wild guess)
Did you try to put back your cat?

 

it sounds something similar with mine ages ago, turned out to be the hanger hitting something.

If that isnt the case, try sus out where the sound is from, the cat area? where catback and midpipe joins? muffler?

There is also another one i had in past, where the exhaust is rattling against the bolt on the chrome exhaust shroud.

have you tried letting it idle while on the lift?

 

sound like either the heat shield is loose, Or the hanger is not installed and is bumping against something.
