Foglight Out
Hey guys,
I did some autocrossing this weekend and I killed some cones. That was Saturday and later that night I went out to dinner and kinda bumped the curb with the front of the car (really low, on a hill). Anyway, nothing major, no visible damage, however as I was getting ready to exit my car I noticed the right foglight was out. The light was working earlier in the day as I was at the autocross, so the light had gone out sometime between then and getting out of my car at dinner. I only got the car in May, it's an 05, had 55 miles on it when I picked it up, and it was shipped to the US last fall.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with foglight burnouts? If it did burn out for whatever reason is there a way to easily tell? Also, I'm thinking a wire was knocked loose, so I may have to take the nose or the right front wheel well panel off this weekend to get a closer look. Any thoughts? My dealership is 30 miles from my house so it's not real easy to have them look and I don't trust the mechanics around here from past experience.
Thanks,
Chris
