Hi everyone I have a rx8 with 40000 mils and bhr coil kit, mazdaspeed intake and exhaust and racing beat dual resonated midpipe. My problem is when I first installed the midpipe everything was ok but for about a week my exhaust sound has changed (no popping and less flames) it seems more quiet. AND SOME THING really important is that ever since I installed it I never had the check engine light come on.

So, what's the problem again? It quieted down a little bit??? And there's no CEL??? OMG take it in to be checked out!

 

the exhaust usually quiet down after a while its just broken in, now if only my turboxs would quiet down...

also you probably reset the fuel trims if you pulled the battery cable, could be another reason.

cel dont always pop up instantly, my ecu was saying ready state even for a while.
