Engine Won't Start Help..
need help please. went out to start the car, it started and then turned right off.
i was thinking it was the plugs but i took them out cleaned them up.
and still no go. then i took off one the plug wires off and found there's no
fire coming from the coils. might this be a fuse or a relay that went out ???
help....

What year and how many miles are on your car? Also, how many miles are on both sets of your plugs? Dealers are often replacing them in pairs because of the engine recall last year.
As a preliminary and without having gotten an answer to those questions, have you read the coil TSB or ever had your coils replaced, because there is an issue with older coils going bad? Do a search using terms like "bad coil"

coils were replaced 3 months ago. plugs were replaced less then a year ago.
there's no fire coming off the coils. its 04 and little over 43000 miles.
it has to be a fuse or a relay switch...

Hey there -
There is a relay for the ignition system which the manual identifies as 4Q. I don't have my car here right now so I can't check for where this relay is, but I think that it is in the engine compartment. Just follow the wires from the coils back to it. Remember to also check the fuses in the fuse box.
The manual also suggests that a start then stall situation could be symptomatic of a disfunctional PCM. You might want to try disconnecting the battery for more than a minute and reconnecting it. There is a relay to the PCM and poor grounding from the PCM can cause it to malfunction.
If it isn't the relay or a fuse then I think you will have to take it to the dealer. Sorry that is all that I could find and best of luck.
