just bought this car 2 weeks ago. the previous ower just recently changed the coils. spark plugs hasnt been changed yet. i have about 52500 miles in my car. other than that its just pretty much just regular maintenance such as oil change etc. and i only use 91 high octane gas everytime i fill up.

Ignition parts need changing regularly. Every 30,000 miles is fairly standard, though there are people that insist on changing the plugs every 15,000 miles or 1 year.
On the other hand, it's a very old complaint, haven't seen it much over the past couple years, but there used to be some theorizing that Lucas fuel treatments can cause some clogging of the fuel filter. Just circumstantial, nothing proven, nothing confirmed either way, but... the suggestion exists.
It's also possible that the cat is clogging, unrelated to the fuel additive, or the cleaner cleaned out some carbon in the engine unevenly and you are getting poor seal clearances at the moment. Could be something else completely unrelated to the fuel additive as well.
