Drive through car wash now clutch squeeks.
Went through a touch-less laser wash that had a under body spray included. Immediately after it finished and told me to pull forward through the big dryer cannons my clutch had a LOUD squeak. Since then its gotten very quiet, but still has a faint squeak. Any ideas? My transmission is 15k miles old so i dont think my throw out bearing or something went bad midst car wash, i'm just assuming it just shot water somewhere it should'nt have.. Thanks guy.

I highly doubt it has anything to o with the car wash. And your trans has 15k on it but does that mean you replaced the clutch, resurfaced the flywheel, installed a new pilot bearing, installed a new throw out bearing, and adjusted everything propelrly?

It was done at a dealership under warranty. Everything was replaced with brand new parts all the way up to the clutch pedal. I'm sure of it because i payed 1300 out of pocket for things that they didn't want to cover. As far as adjusted properly, i would hope they did that.

I blame the car wash because it was literally fine before i went in. i felt the high pressure water plow the underside of my car. then put it in gear to proceed forward and it squeaked very loudly.

There is nothing that could be affected by spraying water. I would check your work order and see what exactly was replaced, dealers generally don't do anything they are not forced to do.

Similar thing happens when it rains hard here (South FL) to my 8. It does get more quiet and eventually will stop. Not sure what causes it though, I just assumed it was some water getting in somehow.
