dashboard is moving

my car is at 2000kms, and the speed gauge is moving when I push it back and forward is it normal I couldn't figure it out? gauge is an seperate part from the front dashboard which I am not very familiar.
it doesn't make much noise but it is annoying that it is moving, is it normal?

Hard... to ... understand....

The gauge cluster, while removable without removing the entire dashboard, should not move at all in normal operation.

If you mean that the gauge cluster is loose within the dashboard, then the clips that hold it on have become unseated or have failed.

Assuming that your car (with 2,000km) is an '08 or '09, it is still under basic warranty. Take it to the dealer.

Held by two large phillips screws from underneath, each side of the steering column.
