Cycling AC Compressor
My AC compressor cycles on and off anytime the fan speed is not "0". It doesn't seem to matter if the A/C switch is off or on, fresh air or recirc, hot or cold, or if Defroster or other mode is selected.
It just seems to cycle normally like the the AC button is on all the time.
2004 Base, 6MT, new Mazda reman, motor was toast when I bought it, so I don't know how long it has been doing this. Maybe its normal?
Any ideas?

This isn't normal.
The compressor should only cycle on/off when the AC button is on, the windscreen defrost is on, or the windscreen defrost/floor vents are selected.
