Hi all!

Just bought myself a 06 231ps RX8 and I am over the moon. Despite the negatives I really like the driving position and the smooth power delivery!

However, there's currently one problem that is sort of driving me insane and I would really love to remedy it before other plans.

There's a weird creaking noise that seems to eminate from the dash area. It's always there even on proper roads. One day while cornerning hard I seem to hear a clunk sound which I suspect sounds like a coin getting tossed around.

Is it possible that the coin or similiar object is lodged somewhere in the dash? I did a quick search and apparently some people say it could be the windscreen... which I really hope its not.

Is there a way to dismantle dash to check?
