Remove your starter and you should see a inspection hole, use a wrench or pry bar to pry the ring gear of the flywheel, if only the ring gear spins you need a new flywheel.
For your starter, bench test your starter by jumping it, if your starter gear does not pop out your need to rebuild or get a new starter.
