I just looked-up the P2259 code and it appears to be specific to the AIR solenoid itself.
Since you have a spare solenoid (from the VFAD) might want to swap that out next.

Remember in another thread I posted an attachment showing the three solenoids under the upper intake manifold and you didn't seem too excited to go there?
The AIR solenoid is one of those three

This should give you an idea where its at.
You can see the blue AIR solenoid (obviously, I have my UIM removed).

Didn't you have a spare VFAD solenoid?
Its the same thing.

Same thing... different color body.
All the intake solenoids (VFAD, VDI, SSV, AIR) are the same... just a simple electronic valve.
