Clutch Pedal stuck to floor

my clutch pedal won't come up from the floor I have to do it manually and now due to that I can't get my car to start. I must add that the brake pedal is stiff AF! I already changed the master cylinder and I don't think it's the pedal bracket that's broken because it doesn't slip to the sides at all it just squeaks a little.
I need help guys I don't know what to do.. Any suggestions?

You have a hydraulic failure in the system.....so either the clutch master, the slave...or the line

My car had this problem after i dropped a motor in. I had to bleed it. (there were air bubbles in there). I got a syringe and filled it up with Brake fluid and forced it down. Could be the problem.

when you say forced it down, you you mean from the slave cylinder threw the bleed nipple or did you force it into the reserve tank? I have been trying to bleed with a vacuum bleeder from the slave, i get a steady stream with no bubbles but the pedal still drops to the floor.

Well i got the clutch problem fixed. WE tightened the pedal bracket and bled out the master cylinder. But my car still wont start. i changed the starter, put in new terminals, checked fuses, battery etc. it seems to be the timing belt

What do you hear when you turn the key? There is a switch that has to be fully pressed for it to start.

OMG there is no timing belt on a rotary!!!! like the above person said it is probably the safety switch on the clutch pedal needs to be adjusted...
