clutch/ flywheel pilot bearing issue

Ok so yesterday me and my friend were replacing my stock clutch and flywheel..with the ACT streetlite and hdss pressure plate and clutch disk...We finally removed everything excpet for the flywheel...We used a timeing gear puller to try to remove the flywheel...I totally forgot to tell my friend about the pilot bearing inside, we put the two screws on the side of the flywheel and the bolt in the middle of the flywheel...kept turning and turning and the flywheel wasn't coming off...so we took it out and realizzed the middle bolt was a little to big and never reached the end..but irealized the pilot bearing was squished to peices..I have a new pilot bearing that t came with the kit...I can't tell if the bolt made the whole any bigger or not...if it did get a little bigger , how will this affect the new bearing?

I don't think the width of the hole where the bearing would sit got any bigger .but maybe the depth of it did ..since the bolt slid in pretty fine...but the end of the bolt was tapered so it went in but it got wider and wider..Is there a lip that the bearing sits up againt that prevents it from going further in the hole...and if there is a lip and I made the lip go further back with that bolt ...what affect will that have on the bearing? That's what I'm trying to figure out...I know this is probably confusing everybody..Trying to explain it as best as I could..thanks

you are going to have to drill that sucker out with a dremel? Long job and be patient with it? dont think you have hurt the e shaft--but you dont know until you get the pilot out.
did yall tap the flywheel with rubber mallet while tightening the puller and spquit a lot of wd 40 around the key.
