Cel P0300 & P0301

I had both theses cels earlier this week. One was a flickering one and then when the second one hit it became a solid light.

My car is a stock rx-8 with 63XXX miles on it. With oil changes done religously every 2k miles. HAs been running fine up until the cels other than lately i started loosing power top end in 3rd gear.. Spark plugs changed about 5k miles ago along with the cat(warranty)

Any Suggestions?

Edit:
replaced wires and coils (as it says in about 1000 others cel p0301/300 threads)seems to be running fine now no cel flashing or otherwise

lol this was really just s useless post as to make fun of a post by another member who said so many posts on cel when should be posts on hey i changed my coils and the car works agn,
