ok so i hit a pole today, and it cracked my front bumper, and dented the hood, it drives fine, except that it kinda rumbles and shakes for a little as i accelerate in first or at any time around 1k rpms, and also the shifter moved to the left a little bit, I can change gears and stuff just fine, if you can give me any help on what might be wrong, please let me know

yeah, i slammed on the breaks and ran right into a pole, so does this mean i have to get them replaced?
