I poked around the forums and haven't found anything.
It could be that I'm not describing the problem correctly.

As best as I have been able to figure so far the following things happen:
Foot on break, steering turned/turning left, car "reboots"

By rebooting I mean that the radio/center console cuts out and looks like it's restarting, headlights will dim and brighten back up and at least once the car dies with a "soft flood."

If it dies we have to wait like 20-25 minutes before it will successfully start.
But most of the time the car does not stop running.

Any thoughts?

Have you checked your battery terminals for corrosion and secureness?

 

^ Yup. Your battery terminals aren't connected solidly. Even if they seem like they are, or seem clean, there is a problem between the clamps and the posts.

Disconnect the negative then the positive, clean the clamps inside and out, clean the posts. Reconnect positive then negative. Make sure that the clamps are seating in a good spot on the posts where it feels like they want to sit, and make sure that when you are tightening the clamp bolts, the clamp is securing to the post and the clamp isn't just tightening against itself.
