Car does not turn over

After I was rear ended (pics in NW section) the car drove back home but after taking pictures and dealing with insurance the car would not turn over.

07 GT MT model.
The gauge cluster/windows do not work. Fuel pump turns on. Car will not crank over. No front end dmg, all was in the rear.

How are you certain the fuel pump is running?
And just to clarify... when you say its not "cranking over" do you mean the engine cranks but doesn't start, or the engine doesn't crank at all?

How in the world did you come to that conclusion?
And how would any fuel cutoff condition affect power to the gauge cluster and windows?

Crank over. Just like it sounds. Ignition to start and nothing. You can hear the pump turn on. There is zero interior behind the drivers seat. I checked most fuses dealing with ignition/fuel/power/battery all are good. Getting voltage at battery.

I would like to move the car so I can at least get it in position so I can strip the car of mods before insurance company takes the car for total.

Btw where is this fuel cutoff switch you talk about?

the anti theft control module is in behind the glove box. its not a fuse then you must have lost a whole connection in the harness to the dash or something.
