Can Someone Help With The Steering Light?

I Was Driving My Car Today And It Was Fine.then Tonight When I Was Gonna Go Out,the Steering Wheel Light With The Exclamation Mark Turns On.and The Steering Will Barely Move.anyone Know What It Could Be?
