Blinkers no longer flash when locking/unlocking.
Starting yesterday, when I lock or unlock my car the blinkers no longer flash. I can hear the locks working, and when I unlock, the interior lights come on but my blinkers no longer flash. Obviously the blinkers still work for normal operation so they didn't all just happen to burn out at the same time.
Anyone have this happen before? Any ideas? The only dealer I like around me is about an hour away so I was hoping to get an answer from someone here before making the trip.
Thanks.

Dammit! You're were right!
I seem to have a problem with accidentally hitting the trunk release button, never knew it stopped the blinkers from working when locking until now I suppose.
Thanks. I'm an idiot, and now it's documented.

While I appreciate your patronizing help, I'm well aware I can get a manual from Mazda. But you see, I had the "problem" yesterday and ordering the manual would have required waiting for it to arrive. Instead I opted to hop on here and ask. While it may seem like a simple question to you, I had not encountered the situation before.
Thanks to the others that actually answered my question.

i didnt answer the original question because it was already answered. my posts are directing you to the place which has ahuge a mount of useful information on your car. when you posted you didnt have one i gave you a link where you can get one rather easily and for free.
had i really wanted to be patronising i simply would have pointed you to the faq section of this forum https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-faq-9/faq-update-63747/ post 4
i really enjoy this btw- i answer 10,000 questions a year here but when i oocassionally choose to direct someone to where they can find the answer themselves with a little work on their part im replied to with sarcasm and called "patronising" (among other things- that is actually one of the more polite ones)
