I have only pointed out things you yourself have said and commented on them.

There is no "with us or against us" mentality here, I can assure you.
Again, I have simply pointed out what I have read from your posts. I do know most if not all of the issues BHR has had in the past with any unsatisfied customers have been resolved to the customers satisfaction, simply based on their customer service that has been commented on countless times throughout the years. (I've been here a hot minute)

But, you showed the emails and then said flat out you did not follow through on your agreement and made an assumption.

so I have stated my opinion based on what I've seen along with past knowledge of a major brand in our community.

Alright I’ll bite. I’ll follow up with BHR and see where it goes.

Believe me, I would like nothing more than getting the perfect quality that so many others have received. I just feel like I was being left out. Hopefully it really does all come to a positive outcome.

There was a strange kind of hissing noise I noticed when I first got mine.

Idk if it's the same sound, I guess it may be construed as a leak sound.
I was concerned at first but it went away after a while.

It wasn't a big enough issue for me to want to take it off.

There was quite an extensive discussion about it.

There are plenty of comments about noises, but not many like this one.

hissing is likely the gaskets; compression ring at front and donut in the rear

rattling is likely a spiral baffle weld or welds inside the resonator having broken free
