Bent lower rear control arms

The two lowest rear control arms on my car have been bent after the wife managed to put the wheel completely over a curb bottoming out the suspension.

I am quite good at DIY and am thinking about taking off the two bars and straightening them out with a hammer and a wooden block.

Does anyone know if they just unbolt or if you have to do something with the bushings to remove the bars.

Does anyone know the rough cost of the control arms at a dealer or a good place to buy OE equipment If I cannot get them straight.
