Battery Drain
Hey guys I hadn't driven my car in a month and went to start the car and of course the battery was completely gone. I took the battery (optima yellow top) to advanced and they swapped it out for free since it was still in warranty. Now I am afraid the same thing will happen to the new one if there is some sort of drain that I don't know about.
I tested the draw with a 10 amp multimeter and it read .09. I have read that anything over .05 is probably something pulling power when it shouldn't be. I have checked all of the fuses and it never goes lower. Do you guys think .09 is reasonable or is there a problem?

dont activate your factory alarm if you aint going to use the car in a while, eventually it will drain your battery in less than 2 weeks if you don't use it for that long, you said you havent used the car in a month so there's your problem, just lock the doors manually ( DON'T ACTIVATE YOUR ALARM )
Good Luck !!!

Well..............I like you have read that 50mA is about what it should be drawing, so there is a llittle something going on. Have you looked through the passthrough and made sure your trunk light is off?
Stupid question, but could the cobb being drawing that much when off?
What else you got in terms of electrical mods?
If nothing else, you can start pulling bulbs while on the meter and see if you have a bulb possibly creating a path but not shorted completely??????

Although the metra kit is an aesthetically pleasing mod, I find that a good number of people have had problems with it. Usually due to incorrect installation. I would def start there. Might even wanna try taking it out and reinstalling the OEM parts to see if the draw is any different.
